I can choose to do this now.

I am good at this.
2. A choice statement.
I can choose to refuse to receive the impulsive talk of others.
I can choose to notice that I have more than one feeling.
I can choose to abandon myself or not.
3. A statement of doubt with a positive asserttion.
I am distrustful of this process and I can choose to give it a chance or not.
I still feel angry and I know I want to stop choosing to behave impulsively.
This process is hard and I can choose to keep trying or not.
